Monthly Family Plans at Country Counselling Services are designed to give quick and consistent access to mental health clinicians to families of all sizes- when they need it the most.
Too often, private therapists have long waitlists and access to a qualified clinician when you need it, is hard to come by.
By joining the Country Counselling Services Monthly Family Plan, your family will receive a phone or video call once per month to have a "check-up from the neck-up" for all household family members under your plan, by a supervised Masters-level student clinician at CCS. This phone call or video appointment will be set up on a monthly basis at a mutually agreeable time for your family and the clinician calling. In this phone call you can expect the following:
* A personalized conversation with the Clinician for each family member in the home (up to 30 mins per person)
* This is your time to discuss any concerns you may have for yourself or family members in your home in regards to mental health
* The Clinician will be conducting personalized assessments based on your concerns and will provide recommendations for further assessment, treatment, and/or referral by the end of the call
* Your Clinician is focused on coping strategies to help your family members, and mental illness prevention measures to help keep your family feeling their best
* You will be able to look forward to consistent check-ups for you and your family from a familiar provider who can answer your questions, provide situation-specific assessments, recommend and refer you for further treatment if warranted, and discuss all the options available for you and your family to consider.
* This Clinician has direct access to multi-specialty providers at CCS with whom to consult with as needed
* If you are referred for a counselling or psychotherapy appointment with a Clinician at CCS, you will receive quick access to an appointment within 72 hours of your request.
If you decide to book counselling and/or psychotherapy services at Country Counselling Services with any provider, and you are a Family Plan Member, you will receive a 10% reduction in session fees! Please let the office know that at the time of booking.

Monthly Family Plans are payable on the 1st of the month by etransfer or credit card, and are reoccuring until CCS is notified of your desire to discontinue. A detailed receipt will be provided after payments are processed.
