Methods of Payment
Etransfer or Major Credit Card
No Show & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 48 hrs notice to avoid full session fees being charged.
No Shows will be charged at the full session fee.
Appointment Length
Regular sessions are 50 minutes in length, however, you can book longer sessions if needed (1.5 hour or 2.0 hour sessions).
Assessment sessions vary in length, so please inquire with your clinician.
Direct Billing/Insurance
We do not offer any direct billing services.
To ensure your sessions and/or assessment services will be reimbursed by your insurance, please check with your insurance company prior to booking your services.
Ensure "Clinical Counsellors/Counselling Therapists" are included under your plan.
Sliding Scale?
We do not offer a sliding scale for services. For services covered by Alberta Health, please contact your local Alberta Health Services office or local Primary Care Network.
Contact outside of Sessions & After Hours Appointments
Contact with your therapist outside of booked sessions for administrative matters like booking appointments, is free of charge.
Contact with your therapist for services outside of booked sessions will be billed to you in 15 minute increments of the therapists time.
After Hours Appointments (6pm) are offered at $300/50 mins. Regular appointments 12 noon-5pm are $235-250/50 mins, based on clinician.
