The ADHD Skills-Enhancing Mental Health Package is designed to provide individuals with ADHD the tools and support they need to thrive in both personal and professional environments. This comprehensive functioning assessment provides your therapist with a baseline of your functioning and continued challenge areas with ADHD, to then curate a professional report with recommendations for you to put into action immediately!

 

If you choose the counselling add-on feature ($250/50 mins) we will utilize evidence-based strategies to improve executive functioning, emotional regulation, and social skills with comprehensive executive functioning assessments with interventions tailored to your unique challenges and strengths. You will receive personalized counselling to help you set and achieve realistic goals, manage time more effectively, and reduce procrastination.
