Therapy should feel like a place where you are truly heard, understood, and supported—not rushed, judged, or fit into a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help you make meaningful, practical changes by building on your strengths and addressing what’s getting in your way right now.
Every person and relationship comes to therapy with unique experiences, beliefs, and coping strategies. I integrate this personal understanding with current clinical research and advanced assessment-informed approaches to create a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to you—your goals, your challenges, and your life.
I work with individuals and couples seeking clarity, relief, and direction, offering:
-
Individual and couples counselling
-
Comprehensive clinical assessment services
-
Evidence-based treatment for insomnia, menopause, stress, ADHD, and more
-
Consultation appointments for second opinions or specialized clinical input
Many clients come to me when they want clear answers, a thoughtful plan, and confidence they are on the right path—not just ongoing sessions without direction.
Outside of my clinical work, I am actively involved in advancing mental health care through conference presentations, professional advocacy across Canada and the U.S., regulatory and scope-of-practice initiatives, and clinical supervision for master’s- and doctoral-level trainees as well as practicing clinicians. I am also engaged in research aimed at improving access, quality, and outcomes in mental health services.
I currently provide services for adolescents (ages 12+), adults, and couples.
If you’re ready to move forward—or even just want clarity on your next step—I invite you to explore my Treatment Areas & Specialties below and book an appointment that fits your needs.
I look forward to working with you toward your goals.
